Key Responsibilities:

Setting up all GigIndia Operations as Team Member #1 for the city. You will be responsible for working with GigIndia HQ Team to set up operations in the city & then optimize and scale it up.
Recruitment, Training & Management of City Team
Planning, Delegating & following up for achieving monthly, weekly and daily target
Monitoring employee productivity, attendance and providing constructive feedback and coaching
May need to get on the field for auditing/ monitoring work. Should be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Ability to manage a team of 30-50 members

Experience: Prefer candidates with 4+ years of Operations, Management or Supervisory experience

Criteria:

Excellent communication skill (English/Hindi)
Ensuring great customer service and client satisfaction.
Knowledge about Operating internet-based applications
Well versed with local areas
Should be willing to commute to different areas of the city, if required
Good communication skills.
Should have a team handling/ supervisor experience
Should have an Entrepreneurial mindset & outlook since the selected individual would be building the GigIndia team & leading different projects in their respective cities from scratch
