Job Summary:
CellPoint Digital, a leading provider of omnichannel payment and commerce solutions to global clients, is experiencing tremendous growth and seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise PHP Developer for a position in Pune.
CellPoint Digital is particularly interested in candidates who have extensive experience and knowledge of programming and the implementation of payment solutions that support omnichannel capabilities.
In this role, you will work closely with our partners, payment providers and air/ground/retail clients on key initiatives that support digital channel capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong Core PHP and SQL skills
Requirements:
You will work closely with clients as you contribute to the development of the CellPoint Digital payment roadmap. Key requirements include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a developer
- Extensive PHP experience at a large enterprise firm or payment provider
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on database experience with PostGreSQL or Oracle
- Experience in developing PHP based custom frameworks.
- Good knowledge of OOP’s and Design patterns.
- Knowledge of SOA and related web services (REST/WADL, HTTP, SOAP/WSDL, etc.…)
- Experience with XML, XSL, XSD
- Understanding of the payment ecosystem and various roles/players (e.g., Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment schemes, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communications skills, in English(written and oral skills)
- Should have had experience of working and interacting with customers via email/ telephone/ Skype
- Ability to document code and solutions in English
- General knowledge of Apache and Linux is an advantage
