The preliminary examination of Bihar Police SI Syllabus is conducted for a time duration of 2 hours which is 200 marks and consists General Knowledge & Current Affairs. Also Bihar Police SI includes a negative marking of 0.2 marks. The prelims exam is an objective multiple choice format.
It will be a computer based online paper, minimum qualifying marks for prelims are 30% marks which is 60 marks.

Bihar Police SI Mains Exam Pattern: Stage 2
The Mains examination of Bihar Police SI Syllabus 2020 Mains is conducted for a time duration of 4 hours which is total of 400 marks and consists General Hindi & General Studies. Also Bihar Police SI Mains Exam includes a negative marking of 0.2 marks. The prelims exam is an objective multiple choice format.
It will be a computer based online paper, minimum qualifying marks for Mains are 30% marks which is approx. 120 marks. Only 6 times the number of vacancies will be called for the PET exam.
